Licensors and Suppliers. You acknowledge and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, JERRY’S CARING HANDS, INC. and its licensors or suppliers will not be liable for any damages, claims, losses, costs, or any other liabilities arising out of or in connection with the Software or your use of or inability to use the Software, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory.
